Development – Stuart Wiggins, CEO:

Stuart Wiggins is the CEO and partner of Evergreen Development and Real Estate Services, LLC, a land development company working with property owners and building groups on land development due diligence to delivering platted lots on budget and time.

Stuart is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a BBA in Management with an emphasis in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to starting Evergreen, Stuart had 15 years of experience in Operations Management and Project Management, including experience with Eagle Real Estate Group where he focused on NPDES monitoring and project maintenance. In addition, Stuart served a Project Manager for Talon’s Lake Management, LLC, where he managed leasing, maintenance, and marketing for the college housing community of Talon’s Lake in Statesboro, Georgia. Stuart joined Woodland Asset Management in 2008. With Woodland Asset Management, Stuart focused on contractor coordination, development and maintenance scheduling, and site compliance inspections. Stuart is a Level 1 A Certified Personnel for the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission.. In addition, he serves as a deacon at First Baptist Church in Cartersville, GA, Georgia, is the President of the CCA Atlanta Chapter and sits on the Advisory Council for Georgia Southern University, Small Business and Entrepreneurship Program.

Acquistion – Adam Baker, Broker:

Adam Baker is a partner and the broker of Evergreen Real Estate Services, LLC, a real estate brokerage firm specializing in the acquisition of land and lots for building groups and developers across the state of Georgia.

Adam is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Adam has worked with The Nixon Landscape Group where he focused on landscape design and installations for commercial and residential properties and spent time as a project manager for AG Properties, a residential home builder and developer. Adam’s next venture was with Atlantic Station, LLC helping to develop a $3 billion real estate community in midtown Atlanta. With Atlantic Station, LLC, he helped design and develop the largest underground parking deck in America, negotiate leases with tenants, travel and speak on behalf of the development to schools and professional organizations, help administer property management duties, handle community relations and other aspects of the development. Adam later joined Woodland Asset Management, LLC team in 2008. Time with Woodland was dedicated to managing land and lots for banks and private equity groups, land entitlement, development and parcel acquisitions for owners, developers and home building groups. Adam is a Level 1A Certified Personnel for the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission and is a Licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker. He is a deacon at First Baptist Church in Cartersville, Georgia, and is on the Board of Trustees at Truett McConnell University.

Land Management – Blaine Croft, Director of Operations:

Blaine Croft is the Director of Operations for Evergreen Land Management, a company that offers a variety of maintenance services and management solutions to help Home Owner Associations, Builders, Developers and Property Owners maintain or improve their investment. Blaine and his team are responsible for managing and executing a high volume of ever changing requests and needs from our clients.

Prior to staring with Evergreen, Blaine was with Woodland Maintenance Division, LLC.

Blaine is a Level 1A Certified Personnel for the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission and has been a resident of Bartow County for 26 years. He is engaged to be married to his fiancé, Haley and spends his free time traveling the world.
