Stuart is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a BBA in Management with an emphasis in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Stuart has 14 years of experience in Operations Management and Project Management, including experience with Eagle Real Estate Group where he focused on NPDES monitoring and project maintenance. In addition, Stuart served as a Project Manager for Talon’s Lake Management, LLC, where he managed leasing, maintenance, and marketing for the college housing community of Talon’s Lake in Statesboro, Georgia and with Woodland Asset Management, Stuart focused on contractor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and site compliance inspections. 

ADAM BAKER

Adam is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia with an emphasis in Real Estate. Adam has worked with The Nixon Landscape Group where he focused on landscape design and installations for commercial and residential properties and spent time as a project manager for AG Properties – a residential home developer. Adam also spent four years with Atlantic Station, LLC helping to develop a $3 billion real estate community in midtown Atlanta. With Atlantic Station, LLC, he helped design and develop the largest underground parking deck in America, negotiate leases with tenants, travel and speak on behalf of the development to schools and organizations, help administer property management duties, handle community relations and other aspects of the development.
